Stephanie chatted with Duane Lester on the Lessons from Learning Leaders podcast about the difference between engagement and connection and the importance of bringing intentional moments into learning experiences.
Stephanie co-hosted Metro DC ATD’s Beltway Broadcast for four years. During more than 150 episodes, she and the Podsquad team had the chance to talk about dozens of training topics ranging from best practices to new technology to stories you’ll only hear from some of the industry’s leading experts!
Stephanie and The Buzz host Yohanna Baez chatted about AI and training in this March 2026 episode on Closing the Gap Between Curiosity and ROI. Our conversation ranged from why organizations often treat AI as either a magic fix or an existential threat to the importance of learning teams acting as strategic partners who genuinely understand their business.
Stephanie joined L&D Must Change host Jess Almlie in March 2026 to talk about why storytelling is the missing ingredient in a world of fast, transactional training. From how to choose stories with intention using her SOUL framework, using AI as a partner without outsourcing the best parts of training, this episode is a fun conversation about an important topic!
Just a few months before taking the stage as MIATD’s conference keynote speaker, Stephanie joined ATD in the D host Sarah Maier to share why knowing and defining our value is so important. If you haven’t met Stephanie before, this episode also shares how she got started in talent development as well as a few rarely told stories about her life and career!
