The Authentic Leader: Develop and Implement Your Unique Leadership Style
As a leader, you are capable of providing guidance, structure, vision, and results for your team—but how do you approach leadership on a personal level? Although leadership often centers on teamwork, it is equally important to focus on the methods you use and the strategies you implement to develop your own unique, authentic leadership style. The first half of this interactive session uses attendee stories and experiences to connect you to several leadership strategies and concepts. Through engaging activities, the session challenges you and your team to identify the practices that are right for you as a strong, impactful leader.
Building upon authentic leadership at the individual level, this session continues with a look at the impact of leadership when working with and managing teams. Strong leaders can build strong teams—but only when they are equipped with the knowledge and skills necessary to take their teams to the next level. Teamwork goes beyond simply working as a group; it requires a shared vision and tools that everyone can use to communicate and move forward together. Immersive team experiences explore how to foster a culture of accountability, the role of team learning, and how to build an organization that is adaptive to change.
